Local service guide · Provo, Utah
Mechanics in Provo.
Plan a diagnostic or repair visit with the car’s condition, parts, and appointment handoff made clear.
Make the visit possible
For a Provo request, explain where the vehicle is parked and whether it can be driven. If it is at an apartment or shared property, check permission before asking a provider to perform a mobile repair there.
Define the approval limit
Ask what the diagnostic visit costs and whether that fee applies toward repairs. Then approve the actual repair scope, parts, and labor. Confirm how the provider will contact you before changing the agreed work.
Keep a useful service record
Request an itemized invoice and the repair or maintenance details. Ask about warranty terms, remaining recommendations, and what to do if the original symptom returns.

The person behind the offer
Meet your next go-to.
See the work, service area, and profile details before you choose.
The directory is opening as providers join. Published profiles and service coverage will appear there.
A few things, made clear.
Can I request an estimate without knowing what is wrong?
Yes. Describe the symptoms and vehicle details, and request diagnosis if needed. A final repair price may depend on that assessment.
A closer look, before the work
Your choice.
Your qualification review.
Want to see a license, proof of insurance, or another qualification document? Choose what you want to check when you post your request.
Request documents → keep the 48-hour window.
It starts after accepting and funding a bid. You may cancel during that window and be eligible for a full refund, subject to the published policies and applicable payment, risk, and legal conditions.
Request none → waive that window.
If you keep it, the provider should wait until it expires or you expressly authorize an early start. Early-start authorization ends that specific automatic full-refund qualification-review cancellation right. Once the window expires, work may proceed as scheduled.
Optional client document checks do not remove required provider credentials. A document upload is not a blanket verification. Other issue and dispute rights remain under the policies.
