This Privacy Policy explains how TODO’S collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, marketplace, mobile app, provider tools, business/corporate tools, payment features, support channels, and supplies or equipment rental features.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, profile photo, login information, role, city, service area, business name, team membership, and communication preferences.

We may collect marketplace activity such as project posts, job details, bids, quotes, bookings, messages, invoices, receipts, ratings, reviews, support requests, dispute information, work order details, photos, attachments, location or service-area information, and rental item listings, reservations, deposits, delivery, pickup, return, condition, damage, or late-return information.

For workers/providers and business/corporate providers, we may collect profile, portfolio, services, pricing, availability, revenue, payout, verification, business intake, AI receptionist, worker management, customer intake, and operational information.

For payments, Stripe or Stripe Connect may collect and process payment method details, connected account details, identity verification, tax, payout, bank, risk, fraud, refund, dispute, and chargeback information. TODO’S may receive limited payment records, receipts, account status, transaction identifiers, payout status, and related metadata from Stripe.

We may collect technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, operating system, log data, pages viewed, referral URLs, cookie or similar identifiers, crash data, and platform security signals.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate TODO’S, create and maintain accounts, show project and bid information, support bookings and messages, process payments and payouts, generate invoices or receipts, manage provider profiles and portfolios, support business/corporate workflows, coordinate supplies and equipment rentals, provide support, investigate disputes, and improve reliability and safety.

We may use information to personalize marketplace results, match projects with providers, support AI receptionist or intake features, send service communications, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce terms, comply with law, analyze product performance, and develop new features.

3. How we share information

We may share information between clients, workers/providers, business/corporate providers, team administrators, and rental counterparties as needed to support projects, bids, bookings, messages, invoices, receipts, service completion, rental coordination, and disputes.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, support, and operate TODO’S. This includes Firebase/Google services, Stripe and Stripe Connect, email and messaging providers, analytics, security, and customer support tools.

We may share information when required by law, legal process, government request, tax or payment obligations, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, account verification, corporate transactions, or to protect rights and enforce our terms.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, understand traffic, prevent abuse, and support security.

5. Data retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide TODO’S, comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, chargeback, support, safety, and business obligations, and resolve active projects, bookings, rentals, payouts, or account issues. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal requirement.

6. Your choices and account deletion

We may need to retain some records after deletion when required or permitted for payments, taxes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, disputes, chargebacks, safety, business records, or active transactions.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet, payment, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Children

TODO’S is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as TODO’S launches, expands, and adds features. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date when appropriate.
