Delete Your TODO’S Account
Use this page to request deletion of a TODO’S account operated by FLOWBRIDGE Technology LLC.
How to request deletion
You can request account deletion in the TODO’S app by going to Settings → Account / Login & Security → Delete account.
Email support@usetodos.com from the email address connected to your TODO’S account. If you cannot access that email address, contact legal@usetodos.com and include enough information for us to verify the request.
What to include
- Your account email address and name.
- Whether you use TODO’S as a client, independent worker/provider, business/corporate provider, team administrator, or rental user.
- Any active projects, bids, bookings, messages, invoices, receipts, payouts, disputes, chargebacks, or supplies/equipment rentals we should review before deletion.
What deletion means
After verification, we will delete or de-identify account information where required and reasonably possible. Some information may remain where needed for active transactions, provider or client records, payments and payouts, Stripe records, tax or accounting requirements, fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, dispute handling, chargebacks, business records, backups, or enforcement of our terms.
Deleting your TODO’S account does not automatically delete records held by Stripe, banks, card networks, other users, or third-party service providers that maintain records under their own legal or operational obligations.
Timing
We will review deletion requests and may ask for identity or account verification before acting. If an account has active projects, bookings, rentals, payments, payouts, disputes, or legal holds, deletion may be delayed until those matters are resolved.
