Describe leaks, dry spots, controller issues, or a planned irrigation upgrade. A useful request. A clear offer. The right fit for you.
The person behind the offer
See the work, service area, and profile details before you choose.
The directory is opening as providers join. Published profiles and service coverage will appear there.

Before you choose
A closer look, before the work
Want to see a license, proof of insurance, or another qualification document? Choose what you want to check when you post your request.
Request documents → keep the 48-hour window.
It starts after accepting and funding a bid. You may cancel during that window and be eligible for a full refund, subject to the published policies and applicable payment, risk, and legal conditions.
Request none → waive that window.
If you keep it, the provider should wait until it expires or you expressly authorize an early start. Early-start authorization ends that specific automatic full-refund qualification-review cancellation right. Once the window expires, work may proceed as scheduled.
Optional client document checks do not remove required provider credentials. A document upload is not a blanket verification. Other issue and dispute rights remain under the policies.
Agree on the diagnostic visit and its charge before authorizing repairs. Ask how the provider will document the problem and obtain approval for extra work.
Not necessarily. Specify whether you need winterization, startup, a system inspection, repairs, or several separate tasks.
