The UtahPros loop

One request.
A better way to get it done.

Know what happens from the first request to the next booking. Explore the example as a customer or provider.

Your request. Your call.

Five steps.
One good connection.

Price is one part of the decision. Compare the provider’s work, the agreed scope, timing, and relevant qualifications too.

  1. 01

    Post your request.

Share the service, location, timing, photos, and the result you want. Choose any licensing or insurance documents you want to review when you post.

  2. 02

    Compare offers, not just prices.

Look at the scope, timing, portfolio, experience, and relevant qualifications. Ask questions and choose the provider who fits.

  3. 03

    Agree on the plan.

Accept and fund the bid. If you requested documents, your 48-hour qualification-review window starts. If you requested none, that window is waived.

  4. 04

    Get it done.

The provider completes the agreed work. During an active review hold, work should wait unless you explicitly authorize an early start.

  5. 05

    Review. Reconnect. Repeat.

Confirm completion, share your experience, and return to a provider you want to work with again. A new job gets a new scope and agreement.

A closer look, before the work

Your choice.
Your qualification review.

Want to see a license, proof of insurance, or another qualification document? Choose what you want to check when you post your request.

Request documents → keep the 48-hour window.
It starts after accepting and funding a bid. You may cancel during that window and be eligible for a full refund, subject to the published policies and applicable payment, risk, and legal conditions.

Request none → waive that window.
If you keep it, the provider should wait until it expires or you expressly authorize an early start. Early-start authorization ends that specific automatic full-refund qualification-review cancellation right. Once the window expires, work may proceed as scheduled.

Optional client document checks do not remove required provider credentials. A document upload is not a blanket verification. Other issue and dispute rights remain under the policies.

A few things, made clear.

Can I check documents before the job proceeds?

Yes. Request license, insurance, or similar documents when you submit your request to keep the 48-hour qualification-review window. It begins after you accept and fund a bid. Requesting no documents waives that window. See the Terms and Refund Policy for the complete conditions.

What happens if I authorize an early start?

Authorizing an early start ends the automatic 48-hour full-refund qualification-review cancellation right. Other rights to report issues, disputes, no-shows, or defective work remain under the published policies.

Are the profiles in the interactive example real?

The walkthrough uses fictional providers, illustrative prices, and stock portfolio photos. It demonstrates the service loop and does not show live provider availability or book work.
