Good details make local work easier.
For a Bountiful yard project, a measured sketch is more useful than a broad request for landscaping. Include slopes, gates, irrigation, and disposal. For other services, tell providers whether you want a home visit or will travel to their business.
Early-access participation varies. This guide does not imply that a provider is available for every request.

A closer look, before the work
Your choice.
Your qualification review.
Want to see a license, proof of insurance, or another qualification document? Choose what you want to check when you post your request.
Request documents → keep the 48-hour window.
It starts after accepting and funding a bid. You may cancel during that window and be eligible for a full refund, subject to the published policies and applicable payment, risk, and legal conditions.
Request none → waive that window.
If you keep it, the provider should wait until it expires or you expressly authorize an early start. Early-start authorization ends that specific automatic full-refund qualification-review cancellation right. Once the window expires, work may proceed as scheduled.
Optional client document checks do not remove required provider credentials. A document upload is not a blanket verification. Other issue and dispute rights remain under the policies.
A few things, made clear.
Can I share a reference haircut?
Yes. A reference photo and a description of your current hair help the barber discuss the look and what is realistic.
